Here are some tips for studying at night

Find a quiet, well-lit place to work.

 Avoid places with distractions, such as the TV or loud music.


Take breaks.

It's important to take breaks to rest your mind and body. Try setting a timer for 30 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break.


Use effective study techniques.

Consider using techniques such as summarizing, highlighting, or creating flashcards to help you retain information.


Stay hydrated and nourished. 

Keep a bottle of water and some healthy snacks, such as fruit or nuts, nearby to keep your energy levels up.


Avoid screens before bedtime. 

The blue light emitted by screens can interfere with your sleep, so try to avoid screens for at least an hour before you go to bed.


Establish a regular sleep schedule. 

Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends, to help regulate your body's natural sleep-wake cycle.


Keep a comfortable temperature. 

The ideal room temperature for sleep is around 65°F (18°C).
